This PR customises the contents and settings storage names to use "JupyterEverywhere" instead of "JupyterLite". The relevant docs are on this page: https://jupyterlite.readthedocs.io/en/stable/howto/configure/storage.html
This is a follow-up of #146, and closes #150.
The contents storage name will no longer be needed after or during #85, as it will remove the persistent storage whose name is being customised with this value.
